On public holidays and during peak season, the minimum stay is 4 nights.

This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid on-site.
Please settle your bill from 08:00 on the day of departure or until 21:00 the night before.
Accepted payment methods: cash (EUR) and credit card (EC, Visa, MasterCard, Amex).
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept € 500 banknotes.
General cancellation policy:
In case of cancelling your reservation, the terms & conditions of The Austrian Hotel-, and Catering Trade’s are relevant.
Unsold room causes business loss, as we could sell it for another guest. This is the reason why we kindly ask you to inform us in time about your cancellation preferably in written form.
- Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival
- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price to be paid
- Cancellation within 7 days: 90% of the total price to be paid
Reisestorno- & Urlaubsschutz:
What if something happens unexpectedly? You may not be able to begin your holiday, or may have to leave earlier. For such cases, secure yourself, and take out a travel cancellation insurance policy with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the agreed fee in case of later arrival or earlier departure. The terms & conditions of The Austrian Hotel-, and Catering Trade are valid for the bookings.

Meals:
Meals: unused meals cannot be refunded
– Breakfast: 08:00–10:00
– Dinner: 18:30–21:00 (please start by 20:00 at the latest)
• Dress code: appropriate attire is recommended for dinner in the restaurant
Dog:
A home away from home – for humans & dogs.
We kindly ask our guests to observe the simple house rules for dogs so that togetherness remains harmonious. Our goal is to offer all guests – with or without a dog – to enjoy a peaceful break in Bad Kleinkirchheim.
Single bedroom
In case of the usage of a double bedroom as a single room you should pay an extra surcharge according to our pricelist.
Transfer:
If you arrive by train or plane, we will be happy to pick you up from the station or the airport (Klagenfurt) for a fee. Ask for our price offer.
Smoking policy:
All of our rooms are non-smoking. Since 2005, we have been committed to providing our guests with a smoke-free environment in our hotel in Bad Kleinkirchheim. This policy has received high praise from our guests!
We do provide designated smoking areas to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke such as the cigar room (closed area with ventilation and air condition), the hotel’s front entrance area and the terrace.
Other:
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that some hotel services can be changed or even completely canceled due to a lack of a minimum number of participants or due to seasonal or weather conditions.
